Famous People With Bipolar Disorder
edited by LMM
The following is a list of famous persons who either have been diagnosed as having, or are strongly suspected to have had, bipolar disorder. There exists a heated debate regarding the possible link between this condition and increased creativity or intelligence. Quite frankly, I have no opinion on the issue, and think it of little consequence. I strongly believe, however, that the fact that so many people with bipolar disorder do become successful and, in some cases, even attain greatness, serves as a constant reminder that we need not abandon our dreams and that this condition is not a death sentence. ---LMM
